A flower from Korfu

korfu019.jpg korfu021.jpg As the autumn marches in with rain and dusk I went back to the trip to Korfu Linn and I made last year. And I found these pictures of a flower and a bee. I especially like the first one.

Photography interests me, but today, all I have is a small compact camera with very few options. I would like to try one of the real cameras with real camera lenses and the option to modify everything from shutter speed to aperture value.

Anyway, I guess I can learn the art with my simple camera too.

First view of Tank vs Aliens

2008-08-earlyscreen.png Tank vs Aliens, or Tava, is a project I tend to take up when feeling overwhelmed by the studies. 2004 I released a similar game made with Game Maker. The game is a bit special because you are faced with alot of enemies at the same time. The basic goal is to kill all the aliens with your tank and bomb-dropping airplanes.

We’ll see if I ever finish it :)

Heaven23 as birthday present

heaven23.jpg As a birthday present, Linn took me to the highest floor in Gothia Towers, a rather large hotel in the middle of Gothenburg, near Liseberg. It was very luxurious, fancy and expensive. I wish I had brought my camera because the view was beautiful with the clear night sky and lights from all the cars and windows below.

The 23 floors to the top went very fast as we almost fired into the night sky with the Panorama elevator which had glass walls permitting us to take in the whole of Liseberg and southern Gothenburg.

The bar serves a very famous shrimp sandwich that I have heard stories of since I moved to Gothenburg. The evening was very nice and I had a good time enjoying the view and the shrimps with Linn.
